Rules & Regulations
To assure availability of menu items, your food package selections should be submitted to the Events team two weeks prior to your scheduled event
The legal drinking age in Georgia is 21. Proper identification is required when attending a function with alcohol to be served. Dink'd Pickleball reserves the right to refuse service to any person who visibly. appears to be intoxicated.
ALCOHOL POLICY DINK'D Pickleball is regulated by the State Liquor Control Board. Per Georgia state law, alcoholic beverages of any kind will not be permitted to be brought into the premises by the patron or any of the patron's guests from the outside.
Dink'd Pickleball is the only licensee able to serve liquor, beer and wine on premises. Georgia State Law further prohibits the removal of alcoholic beverages purchased by the venue for client consumption
Planning for Your Event
Decorations are limited to a celebratory sign. balloons & flowers. Only decorations with Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, or Congratulations will be allowed on any decoration or celebration in the venue at any time. Signs must not be larger than 4ft x 6ft
Each guest over the age of 17, must sign up and create an account to assure a waiver has been accepted prior to the event.
Ages 17 and under will need a parent over the age of 18 to sign up and accept a waiver which will be used for the child.

The use of candles is permitted on a celebratory cake only.
The use of glitter and confetti is not permitted. All balloons must be removed from the premises and disposed of upon conclusion of the event.
Dink'd Pickleball does not offer linens or table clothes of any kind
Changes to the room setup after the room has been set will be charged a minimum of $100
Dink'd Pickleball does not allow outside food or drink
